    • Each individual is entitled to a single replacement.
    • We cannot guarantee the colour of your replacement due to fluctuating stock levels.
    • A fee is required to cover the shipping expenses - dependant on grinder size.
    • Upon receipt of your warranty claim, we will dispatch your replacement within a span of three business days.
    • If we do not receive the defective rotary tool within a 30-day period, you will be billed for the full price of a new rotary tool.
    • Please ensure to return only the rotary tool itself, excluding any accessories, chargers, or packaging.
